الملخص

ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة التصورات الاجتماعية للأمراض النفس- جسدية في المجتمع الجزائري، حيث إعتمدنا فيها على المنهج الوصفي، مستخدمين المقابلة النصف موجهة مع خمسة أطباء في مصلحة الطب الداخلي قسم الأورام و قد توصلنا في نتائجنا إلى أنّ المريض يستمد تصوراته المختلفة من التراث الثقافي المتنوع كالطقوس، و العادات الاجتماعية في تأويله لسببية المرض وحتى في طرق علاجه، وأن الطب التقليدي هو الوجهة الأولى للمصابين بالأورام ليليها بعد ذلك الطب الحديث. الكلمات المفتاحية: التصورات الاجتماعية، المجتمع الجزائري، الأمراض النفس- جسدية، الطب الحديث. The reality of social representations of psycho somatic diseases in Algerian society -Afield study with five doctors at Ben Tobal Hospital,Mila Province- Abstract This study aims to examine the nature of social perceptions of psychosomatic diseases in Algerian society. The research is based on a descriptive methodological approach, and a semi-structured interview with five physicians in the internal medicine department of the oncology unit we reached the following results, where we found that the patient derives his/her perceptions from cultural heritage such as rituals and social customs in interpreting the cause of the disease and even in treatment methods. Our results show that cancer patients first turn to traditional medicine ,and then to modern medical care. Keywords :Social perceptions, Algerian society, psychosomatic diseases, modern medicine.
