الملخص
The world has recently witnessed tremendous technological and informational development and revolution affecting various aspects and sectors, including the education and scientific research sector. This has resulted in the emergence of what is called the smart university, which relies greatly on the integration of technology in the educational process.It encourages students to learn in innovative and distinctive ways, making learning more efficient and effective due to the use of diverse methods that suit each student's abilities, which positively impacts academic achievement and the quality of the educational process.This highlights the importance of the smart university in developing the educational process compared to the traditional university, which makes limited use of technology. لقد شهد العالم في الفترة الأخيرة تطورا وثورة تكنولوجية ومعلوماتية هائلة مست مختلف الجوانب والقطاعات’ومن بينها قطاع التعليم والبحث العلمي,نجم عن دلك طهور ما يسمى بالجامعة الذكية والتي تعتمد بشكل كبير على التكنولوجيا في العملية التعليمية ,حيث أنها تشجع الطلاب على التعلم بطرق مبتكرة ومميزة مما يجعل التعلم أكثر كفاءة وفاعلية بسبب استخدام الأساليب المتنوعة والتي تتناسب مع قدرات كل طالب ’مما ينعكس إيجابا على التحصيل العلمي وعلى جودة العملية التعليمية,ومنه تتجلى أهمية الجامعة الذكية في تطوير العملية التعليمية بالمقارنة مع الجامعة التقليدية التي تستخدم التكنولوجيا بشكل محدود.
