الملخص

تعتبر خلافة عثمان بن عفان رضي الله عنه أحد أبرز النماذج التاريخية التي تكشف خطورة الخطاب التحريضي والدعاية الكاذبة في تأجيج الفتن وزعزعة الاستقرار السياسي والاجتماعي. ويُسلط البحث الضوء على الوسائل التي استُخدمت لنشر الدعاية في تلك المرحلة، مثل الرسائل المزورة، الإشاعات، والطَّعن على الخليفة والولاة، مع بيان الدور الخطير الذي قامت به بعض الشخصيات المثيرة للفتنة، وعلى رأسها عبد الله بن سبأ وأتباعه. ومستعرضًا طرق الاحتجاج التي استعملها الثوار كالتجمهر والمسيرات والعصيان المدني، وصولا إلى العنف والاغتيال. كما تمّ بيان طريقة تعامل الخليفة عثمان بن عفان مع هذه الاحتجاجات. وفي الأخير إظهار الآثار الوخيمة التي ترتبت على تلك الاحتجاجات، من سقوط هيبة الدولة وانقسام الأمة وظهور التيارات المتطرفة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الدعاية ؛ الاحتجاجات ؛ الخلافة ؛ عثمان بن عفان. The caliphate of ʿUthmān ibn ʿAffān (may Allah be pleased with him) stands as one of the most significant historical examples that reveal the danger of inciting discourse and false propaganda in fueling discord and destabilizing political and social order. This study sheds light on the means used to spread propaganda during that period, such as forged letters, rumors, and slander against the Caliph and his governors. It also highlights the dangerous role played by certain figures who stirred up sedition, foremost among them ʿAbd Allāh ibn Sabaʾ and his followers. The research further examines the methods of protest employed by the rebels, including gatherings, marches, civil disobedience, and ultimately violence and assassination. It also outlines how Caliph ʿUthmān dealt with these protests. Finally, it presents the grave consequences resulting from these events, including the collapse of state authority, division within the Muslim community, and the emergence of extremist factions.
