الاستدلال للمسائل الأصولية في جمع الجوامع للسبكي

الملخص
تناولت في هذا البحث أحد أشهر المختصرات الأصولية بالدراسة، وهو جمع الجوامع لتاج الدين السبكي (ت:771ه)؛ أودع فيه صاحبه خلاصة المادة الأصولية التي صنفت قبله، فبلغ صاحبه فيه مبلغا كبيرا في التحرير والتدقيق والتلخيص، لما كان الأصل في المختصرات في الجملة ترك الاستدلال للمسائل من جهة، واستحضار ما ذكره السبكي في ختم مختصره من أنّه (ذكر الأدلة في بعض الأحايين)، فجاءت هذه الدراسة هادفة إلى جمع تلك المسائل ودراستها؛ بتتبع هذا المختصر وجمع تلك المواضع التي أشار إليها وفق المنهج الاستقرائي، ثم تناول تلك المسائل بالدراسة وفق المنهج التحليلي، وقد وافق السبكي الأصل في ذلك بترك الاستدلال في الغالب الأغلب، واستدل لبعض المسائل، وكانت عدة تلك المسائل ستة، أشار إلى موضعين منها في كتابه منع الموانع، وصرح فيهما بغرضه من ذكر الدليل، كما اهتم الشراح بتلك الأدلة تصويرا وشرحا. In this research, I have studied one of the most famous summaries of the principles of jurisprudence, which is Jami’ al-Jawami’ by Taj al-Din al-Subki (d. 771 AH). In it, the author has included the essence of the material of the principles of jurisprudence that was written before it, and he has achieved a great level of editing, scrutiny, and summarization, since the origin of summaries in general is to leave evidence for issues on the one hand, and to recall what al-Subki mentioned at the end of his summary that he (mentioned evidence in some cases), so this study came with the aim of collecting and studying those issues; by tracing this summary and collecting those places that it referred to according to the inductive method, then studying those issues according to the analytical method. Al-Subki agreed with the origin in that by leaving evidence in most cases, and he provided evidence for some issues, and the number of those issues was six, and he referred to two places of them in his book, Manaf’ al-Mawani’, and he stated in them his purpose of mentioning evidence, and the commentators were interested in describing and explaining those evidence, as the commentators were interested in describing and explaining them.
