دور الاتصال في تشكيل الفضاء العمومي المحلي: دراسة ظاهرتية للمتغيرات السياسية في ولاية المسيلة – الجزائر

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل تشكيل الفضاء العمومي المحلي في ولاية المسيلة، الجزائر، مع التركيز على تطوره من الجوانب الثقافية والأدبية إلى المناقشات السياسية والاجتماعية. باستخدام منهجية ظاهرتية، تم تحليل التجارب الذاتية للأفراد في تعاملهم مع الفضاء العمومي، مع التركيز على دور وسائل الاتصال التقليدية والحديثة في تشكيل الرأي العام. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الفضاء العمومي في المسيلة يواجه تحديات تتعلق بإتاحة المشاركة لجميع فئات المجتمع، خاصة النساء والفئات المهمشة، مما يؤثر على تشكيل رأي عام شامل. كما أظهرت النتائج أن المتغيرات السياسية الأخيرة في الجزائر قد أدت إلى زيادة حدة الخطاب السياسي وانتشار الشائعات، مما أثر على استقرار الفضاء العمومي. تقدم هذه الدراسة توصيات لتعزيز الحوار المجتمعي وتفعيل مشاركة جميع الفئات في الفضاء العمومي. كلمات مفتاحية: الظاهرة الاتصالية، الفضاء العمومي، السياسة، الهيمنة الذكورية، الجزائر؛ مسيلة.. Abstract: This study examines the formation of the local public sphere in the province of M’Sila, Algeria, tracing its evolution from cultural and literary dimensions to political and social discourse. Employing a phenomenological approach, the research analyses individuals' subjective experiences in engaging with the public sphere, with a particular focus on the role of both traditional and modern communication tools in shaping public opinion. The findings reveal that the public sphere in M’Sila faces significant challenges in ensuring inclusive participation, particularly for women and marginalised groups, thereby hindering the development of a comprehensive public opinion. Additionally, the study highlights how recent political shifts in Algeria have intensified political rhetoric and amplified the spread of misinformation, undermining the stability of the public sphere. The paper concludes with recommendations for fostering community dialogue and enhancing the participation of all societal groups in the public sphere, emphasising the need for further research to deepen understanding of communicative dynamics within the Algerian context.
