دور المنظمات الدولية الحكومية في حماية البيئة

الملخص
يشكل موضوع البيئة اهتماما جديا من قبل المنظمات الدولية الحكومية، ورغم تنوعها واختلاف تخصصاتها إلا أنها تولي رعاية متزايدة بالحفاظ على البيئة وحمايتها من التلوث. وهذا الاهتمام المتنامي أدى إلى وضع أطر دولية ووطنية تتعلق بحماية البيئة على المستوى الدولي والإقليمي. إن المنظمات الدولية العالمية والإقليمية، العامة منها والمتخصصة، تلعب دورا كبيرا في بلورة قواعد دولية جديدة في ميدان حماية البيئة، وهذا لمواجهة الآثار السلبية الناتجة عن الأنشطة غير الرشيدة للإنسان، من خلال عقد مؤتمرات وابرام عدة اتفاقيات دولية في شتى المجالات، وكما استطاعت هذه المنظمات نشر الوعي بين الشعوب والأمم في ظل التطور الصناعي والتكنولوجي. The issue of the environment is of serious interest to international governmental organizations, and even though their diversity and different specializations, they pay increasing attention to preserving the environment and protecting it from pollution. This growing interest has led to the establishment of international and national frameworks related to environmental protection at the international and regional levels. International and regional organizations, both general and specialized, play a major role in formulating and developing new international rules in the field of environmental protection, to combat the negative effects resulting from irrational human activities, by holding conferences and concluding several international convention and agreements in various fields, and these organizations have also been able to spread awareness among peoples and nations in light of industrial and technological development.
