Authors : Djaballah Noureddine . Boumbali Bachir .

Abstract

Abstract: Sustainable development works on maximsing the net gains from economic development alongside ensuring the preservation of services and the quality of natural resources over time. It assumes the responsibility of achieving harmonization between three main pillars: people, resources, and the environment. Human resources are one of the pillars of sustainable development. Thus, caring for and developing them is an imperative and a responsibility that falls on the shoulders of any government that aims to achieve sustainable development. In fact, achieving full employment of human resources requires higher levels of environmentally sustainable growth. Therefore, governments, including Algeria, are aware of the problem’s magnitude and its importance and are working hard to reach full employment and community development.
