الملخص

الهدف من إجراء هذا البحث هو مناقشة موضوع الانشغالات والجهود المبذولة بهدف إقامة نظام دولي جديد، ثنائي أو متعدد الأقطاب ، يحل محل النظام الدولي الحالي والذي تعددت أضراره وأزماته ولم تعد له الإرادة المخلصة ولا الوسائل الفعالة لمعالجة الوضعية السياسية – الاقتصادية الكارثية التي تهدد وجود البشرية بأكملها. هذا البحث يمثل دراسة تحليلية ونقدية لكافة مراحل مسيرة النظام الدولي الحالي ومآلاته في المستقبل القريب، بين أفول أو استمرار ، أمام تكتلات سياسية واقتصادية مضادة ذات وزن بشري وسياسي واقتصادي وعسكري جد هام تعمل منذ عدة عقود من الزمن على خلق توازن دولي ينهي هيمنة نظام القطب الواحد وإقامة نظام دولي جديد يقارب بين مصالح وأهداف جميع شعوب بلدان العالم ويضمن السلم والاستقرار للبشرية كافة. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to discuss the concerns and efforts being made to establish a new international order, bipolar or multipolar, capable of replacing the current international order, which drawbacks and crises have multiplied and which no longer has either the loyal will or the effective means to remedy a catastrophic political and economic situation that threatens the human existence. This research represents an analytical and critical study of all the stages of the current international order itinerary and its outcomes in the near future between disappearance and continuance, given the rise of political and economic blocs of countries of great geopolitical, economic and military significance that have been working for more than two decades on creation of an international balance that puts an end to the domination of the unipolar order and the establishment of a new international order capable to bring the interests and objectives of the world’s peoples and able to guarantee peace and stability for all humanity.
