الملخص
ملخص: كثيرا ما يخفق التلاميذ في مشوارهم الدراسي لأسباب بسيطة وغير واضحة وتبقى هذه الأسباب على عاتق مسير العملية التعليمية لأن اختلاف المستويات يصنع هوه بين التلميذ والأستاذ، مما يؤدي الى نتائج ضعيفة تعكس مستوى متدني للتلاميذ ولرصيده المعلوماتي ،لقد فشل الباحثون في السنوات الأولى في اكتشاف المشكل الحقيقي لهذه المستويات الضعيفة الى أن برز السبب الحقيقي وتعرف الأستاذ عن أهمية الاتصال التربوي لنجاح العملية التعليمية وكيفية وضع المنهجية التربوية للتواصل بين الأستاذ والتلميذ ، وقد فتح التواصل التربوي طرق جديدة لتقديم المعلومات عبر اتصال تربوي فعال ،مما سبق جاءت دراستنا هذه للإجابة عن الإشكالية التالية :كيف تؤثر معوقات الاتصال التربوي على التحصيل العلمي لتلاميذ الثانوية ؟،وللإجابة عن الاشكالية قمنا باتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم استخدام الاستبيان الذي وزع على عينة عشوائية من تلاميذ ثانوية، وكان ذلك بهدف معرفة أهم معوقات الاتصال التربوي بالثانويات الجزائرية وتأثيرها على التحصيل العلمي ومحاولة معرفة أهم الحلول الممكن اتباعها للحد من هذه المعوقات لرفع جودة التعليم، وتوصلت الدراسة الى أن الاتصال الفعال داخل القسم له دور كبير في نجاح العملية التعليمة ،كما أن هناك معوقات اتصالية بين المعلم والتلميذ تشكل حاجز يمنع التواصل ويؤثر على التحصيل العلمي للتلاميذ. الكلمات المتاحية : معوقات ، الاتصال ، الاتصال التربوي ،التحصيل العلمي. Abstract: Students often fail in their academic journey for simple and unclear reasons. These reasons remain the responsibility of the educational process administrators, as the difference in levels creates a gap between the student and the teacher, leading to poor results that reflect the low level of students and their knowledge base. Researchers in the early years failed to discover the true problem of these weak levels until the real reason emerged and teachers learned about the importance of educational communication for the success of the educational process and how to develop an educational methodology for communication between the teacher and the student. Educational communication has opened up new ways to deliver information through effective educational communication. Based on the above, this study aims to answer the following question: How do obstacles to educational communication affect the academic achievement of secondary school students? To answer the question, we followed the descriptive analytical approach. We also used a questionnaire distributed to a random sample of secondary school students. This was to identify the most important obstacles to educational communication in Algerian secondary schools and their impact on academic achievement. We also attempted to identify the most important solutions that can be adopted to reduce these obstacles and improve the quality of education. The study concluded that effective communication within the classroom plays a significant role in the success of the educational process. There are communication barriers between teacher and student that create a barrier to communication and impact students' academic achievement.
