ثبوت المقاصد الضرورية في القرآن الكريم

الملخص
ملخص: يتلخص البحث حول دراسة المقاصد الضرورية من حيث دلالتها من القرآن الكريم، والذي يتجلّى خدمته من خلال هذا البحث، من إثبات ما وقع فيها من أهداف وغايات سامية كان القصد منها بيان ما ينفع الناس في معاشهم ومعادهم وأهميتها التي تكمن في خمسة أمور هي: حفظ الدين، وحفظ النفس، وحفظ العقل، وحفظ النسل، وحفظ المال، وبمجرد استكمال هذه الأمور وإقامة الدول نواحي الحياة المختلفة عليها استقامة الحياة، ووصلنا إلى تحقيق غاية عظمى من درء المفاسد وجلب المصالح. لذا رأينا إثباتها من أدلة القرآن الكريم إجمالاً من حيث تتبع واستقراء الآيات التي ذكرت هذه الضروريات الخمس متتابعة وفي سور عدة من القرآن الكريم وربط أوجه الآيات ببعضها، وتفصيلاً من حيث ورود كل مقصد في آيات مفصلة له. وأخيراً استنتاج بعض الأمور من خلال هذا البحث وذكر بعض التوصيات. والله أعلم Abstract: The research is summarized in studying the necessary objectives in terms of their significance in the Holy Quran, which is served by this research, by proving the lofty goals and objectives that it contains, the intention of which was to explain what benefits people in their life and afterlife, and its importance lies in five matters, which are: Preserving religion, preserving life, preserving the mind, preserving offspring, and preserving wealth. Once these matters are completed and states are established, the various aspects of life will be upright, and we will have achieved a great goal of warding off corruption and bringing about benefits. Therefore, we have seen its proof from the evidence of the Holy Qur’an in general terms, in terms of tracing and extrapolating the verses that mentioned these five necessities consecutively and in several chapters of the Holy Qur’an, and linking the aspects of the verses to each other, and in detail, in terms of each purpose being mentioned in verses detailing it. Finally, some conclusions are drawn from this research and some recommendations are mentioned.
