الملخص
الملخص: تدرس هذه الورقة البحثية كتاب "مدخل سنني إلى خريطة المقاصد الكلية في القرآن الكريم" للأستاذ الطيب برغوث، تنطلق الدراسة من تساؤل حول مدى مساهمة رؤية برغوث في خدمة مقاصد القرآن الكريم ومنهجه في استنباطها، يهدف البحث إلى استكشاف رؤيته ومنهجيته في هذا المجال، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج أبرزها: عدم تحقيق المنظومتين الفكرية الإسلامية والغربية للفقه الحضاري الشامل المطلوب، وضرورة تبني المعرفة الوظيفية، كما بينت تحديد برغوث لستة عشر (16) مقصداً كلياً للقرآن الكريم، موزعة على أربع دوائر مركزية. تؤكد هذه النتائج أهمية الدراسة في إثراء الفكر المقاصدي المعاصر. Abstract: This research paper examines Professor Al-Tayyib Barghouth's book "A Sunnanic Introduction to the Map of the Universal Maqasid (Objectives) in the Holy Quran." The study is driven by a central question: what is the extent of Barghouth's vision in serving the objectives of the Holy Quran and his methodology for deriving them? This research aims to explore his vision and methodology in this field. The study concluded with several key findings, notably: that neither the Islamic nor the Western intellectual paradigms have achieved the required comprehensive civilizational jurisprudence, underscoring the necessity of adopting functional knowledge. It also revealed Barghouth's identification of sixteen (16) universal objectives of the Holy Quran, distributed across four central circles. These findings affirm the study's importance in enriching contemporary Maqasid thought.
