الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة أجوبة الإمام الشريف التلمساني على مراسلات وأسئلة الإمام ابن لب، حيث كانت المراسلة الأولى في علم أصول الفقه أين تم بيان مسألة اختلاف النقل عن الإمام ومدى ارتباطها ببعض أبواب أصول الفقه كباب الاجتهاد والتقليد، والتخريج الفقهي، أما المراسلة الثانية فكانت في الفقه بعنوان الأصل إفراد كل يمين بكفارتها وعدم إشراكها مع غيرها؛ حيث تم بيان وعرض أقوال فقهاء المذهب في المسألة، وبيان أدلة المسألة والأصول والقواعد التي تم الاستناد إليها. This study addresses the responses of Imam Al-Sharif Al-Tlemcenni to the correspondences and questions of Imam Ibn Lab. The First correspondence is related to the science of usul al-fiqh (roots of jurisdiction), and it attempted to clarify the difference in transmission from the Imam and its relation to some chapters of fiqh such as ijtihaad (independent reasoning) taqleed (immitation) and the juristic deductions. The second correspondence was in fiqh titled 'The Principle of Considering Each Oath with Its Expiation Exclusively and Not Sharing It with Others. This latter presented and discussed the opinions of the jurists of the school on the matter, as well as the evidence, principles, and rules that were relied upon.
