Abstract
Foreign trade plays an important role in economic activity through its impact on the level of production and work to develop and find outlets for the discharge of its products through foreign markets. It also occupies an important place in economic policy, as it is necessary for the success of development and the revival of economic growth, depending on the appropriate mechanisms to achieve the desired goals. تعد السياسة التجارية العالمية من أهم لمعايير التي يعتمد عليها الاندماج الاقتصادي، تلعب التجارة الخارجية دورا هاما في النشاط الاقتصادي من خلال تأثيرها على مستوى الإنتاج والعمل على تطوير وإيجاد منافذ لتصريف منتجاتها عبر الأسواق الأجنبية. كما أنّها تحتل مكانة مهمة في السياسة الاقتصادية، إذ أنّها ضرورية لنجاح التنمية وبعث النمو الاقتصادي وهذا بالاعتماد على الآليات المناسبة لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة.
