The Uppsala Model As A Framework To Explain The Internationalization Process Of Algerian Companies

Abstract
This study investigates the applicability of the Uppsala internationalization process model as a framework for understanding the internationalization pattern of Algerian companies. The Uppsala model suggests a gradual and incremental process of international expansion that is driven by experiential learning and an increasing commitment of resources to foreign markets. Using a qualitative approach, this research analyzes the international trajectories of a selection of Algerian companies across various sectors. The findings indicate that the Uppsala model effectively illustrates the gradual nature of market entry through the accumulated knowledge and experience of Algerian companies in foreign markets. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من مدى قابلية تطبيق نموذج ابسالا لعملية التدويل كإطار لتفسير مسار التدويل الخاص بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية. يقترح نموذج أوبسالا عملية توسع دولي تدريجية ومتزايدة، مدفوعة بالتعلم التجريبي وزيادة الالتزام بتسخير الموارد في الأسواق الخارجية. باستخدام منهجية نوعية، يقوم هذا البحث بتحليل مسارات عملية التدويل لمجموعة مختارة من الشركات الجزائرية في مختلف القطاعات. توصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن نموذج أوبسالا يقدم إطارا فعلا لتفسير الأنماط التدريجية لدخول الأسواق من خلال اكتساب المعرفة والخبرة المتراكمة للشركات الجزائرية في الأسواق الأجنبية.
