The study aims to clarify the role of knowledge management in developing human resource performance and understand the relationship between knowledge management and human resources. It also aims to understand the transition from an old, object-based economy to a new, knowledge-based economy, and from a society whose wealth depends on machines to one in which knowledge is the source of wealth. Knowledge does not arise from a vacuum; rather, it is the product of a reciprocal interaction between human expertise, material resources, technology, and scientific research and development.
Keywords: Knowledge; Management; Information Technology; Human Resources.
