الملخص

الملخــص: تحاول هذه المقالة العلمية المساهمة في تسليط الضوء على أحد المواضيع المهمة، ألا وهو عمالة الأطفال والتي باتت تنتشر بشكل كبير بالمجتمع الموريتاني نظرا للازمات الاقتصادية المتتالية وما صاحبها من تغيرات اجتماعيه انعكست بشكل سلبي على نمط الحياة، و دفعت بالأطفال للنزول لسوق العمل سعيا لتحسين الظروف المعيشية لأسرهم, غير أن ذلك يعرضهم للكثير من المخاطر الصحية والتي تحاول هذه الدراسة تتبعها، حيث أوضحت أن عمل الاطفال ينعكس بشكل سلبي على صحتهم النفسية والبدنية والاجتماعية, وخلصت إلى أنه بالرغم من الجهود التي بذلتها الدولة الموريتانية في سبيل محاربه هذه الظاهرة إلا أنها لم تفلح بعد في إحداث التغيير المطلوب نظرا لعدة عوامل منها ما هو اجتماعي كغياب الوعي بخطورة هذه الظاهرة، ولفقر الشديد لأسر الاطفال ضحايا هذه الظاهرة, ومنها ما هو مؤسسي كغياب مقاربه شاملة وفعالة للقضاء على هذه الظاهرة، سواء في معالجه جذور المشكلة أو التخفيف من الآثار المترتبة عليها. Abstract: This scientific article attempts to contribute to shedding light on one of the important topics, namely child labor, which has become widespread in Mauritanian society due to successive economic crises and the accompanying social changes that have negatively affected the lifestyle and pushed children to enter the labor market in an effort to improve the living conditions of their families. However, this exposes them to many health risks that this study attempts to track, as it showed that child labor negatively affects their psychological, physical and social health. It concluded that despite the efforts made by the Mauritanian state to combat this phenomenon, it has not yet succeeded in bringing about the required change due to several factors, some of which are social, such as the lack of awareness of the seriousness of these manifestations, and the extreme poverty of the families of children who are victims of this phenomenon, and some of which are institutional, such as the absence of a comprehensive and effective approach to eliminating this phenomenon, whether in addressing the roots of the problem or mitigating its effects.
