الملخص
نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى البحث عن سمات التجديد في تفسير القرآن الكريم عند الطاهر بن عاشور في تفسيره المسمى "التّحرير والتنوير"، والمفسّر علم من أعلام التجديد في التفسير من عدّة جوانب، كما تميّز تفسيره بالذوق البلاغي حيث نهج في تفسيره على المنهج البياني في بيان المقصود، والمُطالع لتفسيره يجد أنه كان مسايرا للعصر الذي عاش فيه السبب الذي جعله يفسّر القرآن فيجدّد الفهم بذكره لمقاصد القران الكلية والجزئية مع إشارته إلى مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية التي نصّت عليها النصوص القرآنية، وبناء على ما سبق يأتي هذا المقال ليبيّن المقاصد التي استخلصها الطاهر بن عاشور في شرحه للنصوص القرآنية. Through this study, we aim to explore the characteristics of renewal in the interpretation of the Holy Qur’an by Al-Tahir Ibn Ashur in his exegesis titled Al-Tahrir wa Al-Tanwir. Ibn Ashur is considered a leading figure in the renewal of Qur’anic interpretation from multiple perspectives. His exegesis is distinguished by rhetorical elegance, as he adopted a linguistic and stylistic approach to clarify meanings. A close examination of his work reveals that he remained in harmony with the era in which he lived, which led him to interpret the Qur’an in a way that renewed understanding by highlighting both the general and specific objectives (Maqasid) of the Qur’an. He also pointed to the Maqasid of Islamic law as established by Qur’anic texts. Based on the above, this article seeks to elucidate the objectives (Maqasid) that Ibn Ashur derived in his interpretation of Qur’anic texts.
