الملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل اتجاهات وآراء الشباب نحو ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية في ظل اعتمادهم الواسع على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، باعتبارها فضاءً مؤثرًا في تشكيل المواقف والتصورات الجماعية، وتكتسب أهمية البحث من كون الهجرة غير الشرعية تمثل إحدى أبرز القضايا الاجتماعية الراهنة التي ما تزال السياسات الحكومية ومبادرات المجتمع المدني عاجزة عن الحد من انتشارها، خاصة في أوساط الشباب الذين يُعدّون الفئة الأكثر تأثرًا بها ودينامية في التفاعل معها عبر المنصات الرقمية. حاولت هذه الدراسة من خلال مقاربة استطلاعية لعينة من طلبة جامعة الشلف استكشاف طبيعة الوعي الاجتماعي السائد حول هذه الظاهرة، والكشف عن كيفية إسهام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في بناء الاتجاهات وتوجيه الرأي العام الشبابي، وترمي الدراسة إلى تقديم قراءة علمية دقيقة يمكن أن تُسهم في إثراء المعرفة الأكاديمية حول الموضوع، ودعم صانعي القرار والمعنيين بوضع سياسات واقعية وفعّالة لمواجهة الظاهرة، إلى جانب تعزيز الوعي الجمعي لدى الشباب وتوجيهه نحو مواقف أكثر إيجابية ومسؤولية. Abstract: This study aims to analyze young people’s attitudes and perceptions toward the phenomenon of irregular migration in the context of their extensive reliance on social media platforms, which have become influential spaces for shaping opinions and collective representations. The importance of this research stems from the fact that irregular migration remains one of the most pressing social issues, as governmental policies and civil society initiatives have so far struggled to effectively curb its spread—particularly among young people, who are the most affected and actively engaged demographic through digital networks. Through a survey-based approach conducted on a sample of students from the University of Chlef, the study seeks to explore the prevailing social awareness surrounding this phenomenon and to examine how social media contributes to the formation and direction of youth public opinion. The research aspires to provide a scientifically grounded and insightful understanding that enriches academic knowledge on the subject and supports policymakers and practitioners in developing realistic and effective strategies to address the issue. Furthermore, it highlights the role of social media in fostering collective awareness and encouraging young people to adopt more informed and responsible attitudes toward irregular migration.
