Transplantation Of Human Organs In The Algerian Health Law

Authors : Badaoui Nesrine .

Abstract

Abstract: The Algerian legislator, like the rest of international health legislation, has tended to promulgate Health Law No. 18-01, which is accompanied by a set of medical and legal controls that place the process of organ removal and distribution within its legal and applied framework, taking into account for this purpose the conciliation between the interest of the donor to preserve and preserve his body, the interest of the recipient in the use of the organ, and the interest of society to control the process of organ removal and transplantation so that it does not go beyond its legal scope, which entails criminal liability for offenders and those responsible for them.
