الملخص

تعتبر السياسات الحضرية كاستراتيجية ومنهج تنموي تتبعه الدولة للنهوض بالمجالات الحضرية بمختلف قطاعاتها، وهي التي تحافظ بها على سيرورة المدينة وديمومتها واستدامتها، ولتحديد هذه السياسات وكيفية تنفيذها وجب على الدولة وضعها في إطارها القانوني والتشريعي، في هذا السياق تأتي هذه الدراسة للتفصيل في السياسات الحضرية في المدينة الجزائرية ومحاولة قراءتها سوسيولوجيا في ظل القانون التوجيهي للمدينة 06-06 المؤرخ في 20 فبراير 2006، والذي تضمن عدة فصول ومواد كلها متعلقة بسياسة المدينة الجزائرية، حيث ستهدف هذه الدراسة وفق منهجية التحليل والاستنباط إلى محاولة الكشف عن الجوانب السوسيولوجية في هذا القانون وكيفية تحديده وتفصيله لكل الجوانب السياسية والتخطيطية للمدينة الجزائرية. Urban policies are considered a strategy and a developmental approach adopted by the state to advance urban areas in their various sectors. They are the means by which the state maintains the city's processes, continuity, and sustainability. To define these policies and how to implement them, the state must place them within a legal and legislative framework. In this context, this study comes to detail urban policies in the Algerian city and attempt to read them sociologically in light of the Orientation Law on the City 06-06 of February 20, 2006, which included several chapters and articles all related to the policy of the Algerian city. This study, according to the methodology of analysis and deduction, will aim to reveal the sociological aspects of this law and how it defines and details all the political and planning aspects of the Algerian city.
