This study investigated the cybersecurity of Islamic banks within the environment of digital transformation, which aimed at the challenges and risks that digitization poses on data protection and Shariah compliance financial transactions. While digitization enhances efficiency and broadens service delivery, it exposes users to significant threats from category-level risks, such as cyber threats and electronic fraud. The study pointed to the need for regulatory frameworks and adopting artificial intelligence, blockchain, and other high-tech solutions to secure transactions. Integrated cybersecurity strategies are recommended to safeguard customer trust and support the digital transformation that continues in Islamic finance.
