الترجمة وصناعة المفاهيم والمصطلحات في الخطاب العربي المعاصر بين الالتزام والحياد "هاشم صالح مترجما لمشروع محمد أركون"

الملخص
نحاول في هذا البحث الاشتغال على الترجمة عموما وعملية ترجمة المفاهيم والمصطلحات للجهاز المفاهيمي لمشروع المفكر الجزائري " محمد أركون" الإسلاميات التطبيقية، وهذا من خلال التركيز على العلاقة التي تجمعُ بين المترجم والمؤلف "مُترجم له" تلميذه هاشم صالح، في العلوم الإنسانية بشكل عام وحقل الدراسات النّقدية المعاصرة بشكل خاص، فعادة ما تتّسم هذه العلاقة بالإتقان أو خلاف ذلك كأن يترجم الكاتب لنفسه أو يترجم له تلميذه" علاقة التزام" أو أنّ المترجم غريب عن المؤلف المترجم له _علاقة حياد_ ، فالترجمة هي آلية من آليات صناعة المفاهيم في مختلف الثقافات واللغات وهي عملية تحويل مفاهيم ما من لغة من لغات العالم إلى لغة أخرى منقول إليها، وكذلك الترجمة صناعة تتقاطع مع مجموعة من المعارف والعلوم فهي صانعة فكر وهيمنة وسلطة على الباحثين في مختلف المجالات. In this research, we are trying to work on translation in general and the process of translating concepts and terminology for the conceptual apparatus for a project, the Algerian thinker Mohamed Arkoun"Applied Islamism", and this is by focusing on the relationship that brings together the translator and the author "translator for him" his student Hashim Saleh, in the humanities in general and the field of studies Contemporary criticism in particular This relationship is characterized by mastery or otherwise such as the As if the writer translates for himself, or his student translates for him “relationship of commitment” or that the translator is a stranger to the translated author who has a neutral relationship. Translation is a mechanism Of conceptualization in different cultures and languages, which is the process of converting concepts from one of the languages of the world into another language to which it is transferred. Likewise, translation is an industry that overlaps a with a group of knowledge and sciences. It is a maker of thought, dominance and power over researchers in various fields.
