Abstract
Abstract : Accordingly, the study is concerned with exploring the multidimensional relationship between digital child and AI applications from a socio-legal framework, focusing on the risks that children may encounter through their engagement with such technologies. It also aims to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of existing legal protections for children in the digital environment at both national and international levels, and to explore potential protection mechanisms that emerge from the intersection of legal, social, and technological domains. ملخص : تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد أبعاد العلاقة بين الطفل الرقمي وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي من منظور سوسيوقانوني مع ما يتعرض له الأطفال من مخاطر جراء استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، مع قياس مدى فعالية المنظومة القانونية التي تحمي الطفل في البيئة الرقمية على المستويين الوطني والدولي. والبحث عن آليات الحماية التي تقوم على التفاعل بين الجوانب القانونيين والاجتماعيين والتقنيين.
