Abstract

This research paper aims to introduce the concept of organizational happiness , clarify its dimensions and the mechanisms that enhance it , and identify its impacts on organization. Based on a set of relevant studies, the research concludes that organizational happiness contributes to improving performance and fostering a sense of job security.It also plays a pivotal role in strengthening organizational commitment,developing leadership skills, and increasing overall productivity.
