تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض تجربة الأستاذ زوقاي كنموذج إشراف أكاديمي متميز، موضحة دوره في رفع جودة البحث وتنمية مهارات الطلبة. تشمل تعريف الإشراف وأدواره المتنوعة، ومؤهلات الدكتور زوقاي وتقييم طلبته له, كما تبرز أثر إشرافه على جودة الرسائل بأسلوب توجيهي رقيق يعزز ثقة الطالب والعلاقة البيداغوجية, وتنتهي بعرض طبيعة علاقته العادية والعلمية مع الطلبة والزملاء. This study aims to present Professor Zougaie's experience as a distinguished academic supervisor, highlighting his role in raising the quality of research and developing students' skills. It includes a definition of supervision and its various roles, Dr. Zougai's qualifications, and his students' evaluations of him. It also highlights the impact of his supervision on the quality of theses, using a gentle, directive style that enhances student confidence and fosters pedagogical relationships. It concludes by presenting the nature of his regular, scholarly relationships with students and colleagues.
