The Legal Status Of The Consumer Before Contracting According To Law 09/03

Abstract
Consumption is the primary driver of production and the inevitable end for all goods and services. It has existed since the presence of humans on Earth and is in continuous change due to the development of social and economic life. The concept of consumption no longer only includes food and clothing or the basic necessities and needs of humans, but it expands in line with ongoing development in all fields. The legislator takes upon themselves the responsibility to protect the weaker party in the consumer relationship; therefore, they establish a set of guarantees aimed at achieving contractual balance. However, they have overlooked a very important stage, which we will clarify through this study.
