الحجاج بواسطة الخوارزميات: كيف تكبح منصات التواصل الاجتماعي الخطاب الرقمي العربي؟

الملخص
ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة الحجاج بواسطة الخوارزميات بوصفها فاعلا غير بشري جديدا يسعى إلى التحكم في الرأي العام، سيما فيما يتعلق بتقويض الخطاب الرقمي العربي وتوجيهه ضمن مسارات أيديولوجية مضادة، وذلك باستخدام المنهج التحليلي النقدي، القائم على تفكيك النظم الخوارزمية وآلياتها المتطورة، وقد تمت الاستعانة بمقاربة فان دايك التحليلية. تم التوصل إلى أهم النتائج التالية: تمارس الخوارزميات دورا حجاجيا فاعلا يعيد تشكيل الإدراك الجمعي من خلال آليات الترتيب، الإخفاء، والحظر ضمن بنية أيديولوجية تندرج ضمن "الهاسبارا الرقمية" التي تسعى إلى تحسين صورة الكيان الصهيوني وتشويه الأصوات المقاومة، فيما بينت أن المنصات الرقمية لم تعد فضاءات محايدة للنقاش والتعبير، بل باتت تشارك في إنتاج المعنى السياسي والرمزي، وفي الأخير توصي الدراسة بضرورة إدماج الخوارزميات ضمن تحليل الخطاب النقدي باعتبارها فاعلا حجاجيا جديدا، مع تطوير وعي نقدي رقمي يمكن المستخدمين من تفكيك آليات التأثير الخفي للمنصات، ومساءلة السلطة الرمزية الجديدة التي تنتج "حقائق رقمية" منحازة في بيئة ما بعد الحقيقة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحِجاج؛ الخوارزميات؛ منصات التواصل الاجتماعي؛ البيئة الرقمية العربية :Abstract This study aims to study argumentation through algorithms as a new non-human actor seeking to control public opinion, particularly with regard to undermining Arab digital discourse and directing it along counter-ideological paths. The study employs a critical analytical approach based on deconstructing algorithmic systems and their advanced mechanisms, utilizing Van Dijk's analytical approach. The following main findings were reached: Algorithms play an effective argumentative role, reshaping collective perception through mechanisms of ordering, concealment, and blocking within an ideological structure that falls within the "digital hasbara" which seeks to enhance the image of the Zionist entity and distort voices of resistance. It also demonstrates that digital platforms are no longer neutral spaces for discussion and expression, but have begun to participate in the production of political and symbolic meaning. Finally, the study recommends the integration of algorithms into critical discourse analysis as a new argumentative actor, along with the development of a critical digital awareness that enables users to deconstruct the mechanisms of hidden influence of platforms and question the new symbolic authority that produces biased "digital truths" in a post-truth environment.
