Authors : Kateb Karim . Habib Zahmani Oussama .

Abstract

This article proposes a model of exporter groupings tailored to Algerian SMEs, which face multiple structural constraints in accessing international markets. Based on a comparative analysis of international models (Italy, Turkey, Japan, Tunisia), the study recommends the pooling of key export functions such as marketing, logistics, and certification with in sector specific, autonomous structures governed collectively.
