دور التهميش الاجتماعي في تشكيل الجماعات المنحرفة

الملخص
مع التطور الحالي، تظهر التحديات الاجتماعية بشكل متزايد، مما يعزز أهمية فهمها ومعالجتها، ومن بينها نجد موضوع التهميش الاجتماعي الذي يعد تحديا كبيرا يؤثر على مجتمعاتنا بأكملها، باعتباره حالة يعاني فيها الفرد من عدم المساواة والإقصاء في المجتمع، سواء كان ذلك بسبب الطبقة الاجتماعية، العرق، الديانة، الجنس، أو أي عوامل أخرى، أسهمت في ظهور نواتج قلة الفرص والوصول إلى الموارد والخدمات الأساسية كالتعليم، الرعاية الصحية وغيرها، مما يؤثر سلبا على جودة حياتهم وفرص تحقيق التقدم الشخصي والاجتماعي، مشكلا في نفوس المهمشين انعدام الثقة بالنفس والتأثير على الصحة النفسية والعقلية للأفراد والمجتمعات، كالإحساس بعدم الانتماء والاغتراب في مجتمعهم، الأمر الذي يدفع إلى تشكيل الجماعات المنحرفة، بحثا عن الهوية والانتماء، تحقيقا للقبول والدعم الاجتماعي والمعنوي. أسفرت هذه الدراسة على مجموعة من النتائج، وهي كالتالي: * يعد التهميش الاجتماعي نمطاً اجتماعياً سياسياً سائداً في المجتمع، ينعكس على طبيعة الحياة الاجتماعية للأفراد *تعد الجماعات المنحرفة بطبيعتها رافضة للقيم والمعايير والقوانين الاجتماعية الصحيحة، وتنشط في إطار غير منظم وغير مقبول. * توحي فكرة التهميش الاجتماعي بوجود انتهاك صارخ للبعد الانساني والنيل من حقوق المواطنة. * يتمظهر التهميش الاجتماعي واقعيا في عدم المساواة وغياب العدالة الاجتماعية و عدم تكافؤ الفرص. * وعليه يمكن ربط ظاهرة التهميش الاجتماعي بغياب سياسة شاملة لمساعدة الفئات المستبعدة مع حرمانها من حقوقها سواء كانت سياسية قانونية وثقافية. * للتهميش الاجتماعي دور في تشكيل الجماعات المنحرفة في المجتمع. * يساهم التهميش الاجتماعي بفتح المجال على الثقافات الهامشية التي تغذي السلوك الانحرافي محدثة زعزعة ونوعا من اللامعيارية الاجتماعية. * يعد التهميش الاجتماعي من اهم الاسباب التي تدفع الفرد الى ارتكاب الافعال السلوكية الاجرامية واختلاطه وتجاوبه وتفاعله مع رفقاء السوء في مجتمعه. With the current development, social challenges are increasingly appearing, which enhances the importance of understanding and addressing them, and among them we find the issue of social marginalization, which is a major challenge that affects our entire societies, as a condition in which the individual suffers from inequality and exclusion in society, whether due to social class, Race, religion, gender, or any other factors have contributed to the emergence of the outcomes of lack of opportunities and access to basic resources and services such as education, health care, etc., which negatively affects their quality of life and opportunities to achieve personal and social progress, creating a problem in the souls of marginalized people of lack of self-confidence and affecting health. The psychological and mental health of individuals and societies, such as the feeling of not belonging and alienation in their society, This leads to the formation of deviant groups, in search of identity and belonging, in order to achieve acceptance and social and moral support. This study resulted in a set of results, which are as follows: * Social marginalization is a socio-political pattern prevalent in society, which is reflected in the nature of individuals’ social lives *Deviant groups, by their nature, reject correct social values, standards, and laws, and operate within an unorganized and unacceptable framework. * The idea of social marginalization suggests a blatant violation of the human dimension and a violation of citizenship rights. * Social marginalization actually manifests itself in inequality, lack of social justice, and unequal opportunities. * Therefore, the phenomenon of social marginalization can be linked to the absence of a comprehensive policy to help excluded groups while depriving them of their rights, whether political, legal or cultural. * Social marginalization has a role in forming deviant groups in society. * Social marginalization contributes to opening the way for marginal cultures that fuel deviant behavior, causing destabilization and a kind of social non-normativity. * Social marginalization is one of the most important reasons that push an individual to commit criminal behavioral acts and to socialize, respond, and interact with bad companions in his society.
