Difficulties Of Creating Startups Among Algerian University Students - A Case Study Of A Sample Of Students From The Faculty Of Economics, In The University Of Ghardaia -

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the difficulties in creating startups (economic) and micro-enterprises among Algerian university students through a case study of a sample of students from the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences at the University of Ghardaia, in light of Ministerial Decision No. 1275 issued on September 27, 2022, which specifies the procedures for preparing a graduation project to obtain a university degree - Start-up established by students of higher education institutions, and Decision No. 008 dated February 23, 2025, amending and supplementing Decision No. 1275. A quantitative descriptive approach was used in this survey, which began with a theoretical section and then moved on to the quantitative applied section through an electronic questionnaire sent to a group of 63 students. Using the SPSS 26 statistical package, the study found that financing difficulties ranked first with an average of 2.36, This was followed by difficulties in finding a team and entrepreneurial difficulties.
