The Impact Of Ethical Leadership On Organizational Citizenship Behavior: A Case Study Of Alfapipe Ghardaia Institution

Abstract

This research paper aims to study ethical leadership through the dimensions represented by the availability of ethical behavior, the practice of ethical behavior, and the promotion of ethical behavior, and their impact on organizational citizenship behavior. To address the study problem, the descriptive approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 100 employees at the ALFAPIPE economic Algerian institution in the state of ghardaia. Structural equation modeling using Smart PLS4 software was applied, and the study concluded that there is a strong impact and correlation between ethical leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.
