Abstract
construction works occupy an important place, both economically, socially and culturally, for every individual who needs housing, which is one of his most basic rights and which is no less important than his need to work, which has led to a lot of work in the field of construction and because it has become a profitable activity, many people invest their money in companies called construction contracting companies, and in the face of the importance of the role played by construction contractors we find that dey suffer from a lot of difficulties and obstacles; Through this research, we discovered these obstacles and difficulties and their degree of severity in the Algerian market by studying the state of construction companies at the level of the Guelma Province and what they are suffering in this area.
