الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى ممرضي المؤسسة الاستشفائية 120 سرير بالقرارة ولاية غرداية، بالإضافة لمعرفة الفروق في ظل متغيري الجنس والاقدمية، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (80) ممرض وممرضة، تم اختيارهم بأسلوب الحصر الشامل، كما تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة، واستخدم مقياس جاهز للصلابة النفسية مقنن وفق البيئة الجزائرية كأداة للدراسة، بحيث توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: مستوى الصلابة النفسية مرتفع لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصلابة النفسية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والأقدمية. The present study aimed to investigate the level of psychological resilience among nurses at the 120-bed hospital in El Guerrara, Ghardaïa Province. It also sought to identify differences in resilience levels based on the variables of gender and professional seniority. The study sample consisted of 80 nurses (male and female), selected through a comprehensive sampling method. A descriptive research approach was adopted, and a standardized psychological resilience scale adapted to the Algerian context was used as the main research instrument. The study yielded the following results: The level of psychological resilience among the study sample was high, No statistically significant differences were found in psychological resilience levels based on gender or professional seniority.
