اختلاف ألفاظ الحديث الواحد وأثره على الراوي والمروي

الملخص
ملخص: إن البحث والنظر في اختلاف ألفاظ الأحاديث النبوية وما يترتب عليها من أثر سواء من الناحية الحديثية أو الفقهية، من الموضوعات التي تحتاج إلى دراسة، ومن جملة تلك الاختلافات ما يقع في ألفاظ الحديث الواحد الذي اتحد مخرجه، وهو باب مهم من أبواب نقد المتن. ويسعى هذا المقال لبيان أهم صور هذه الاختلافات، ومدى تأثيرها على الراوي والمروي. وقد خرج الباحث بنتائج أهمها: أن كثرة مخالفة الراوي لغيره من الثقات في ألفاظ الحديث الواحد دليل على عدم ضبطه واضطرابه، وأن الخطأ في لفظ الحديث قد يفضي إلى رد المروي، والحكم باضطرابه. كما أن لاختلاف ألفاظ الحديث مدخل في باب الموازنة بين الرواة والترجيح بين الأحاديث المتعارضة. Abstract: The study and analysis of the variations in the wording of Prophetic hadiths and their consequent effects is a subject that requires further research. Among these variations are those found in the wording of a single hadith, a topic that forms an essential part of the criticism of the matn. This article aims to explore the major types of these variations and the extent of their impact on both the narrator and the transmitted report. The researcher has concluded several key findings, that a transmitter’s frequent divergence from other trustworthy narrators in the wording of a single ḥadīth indicates a lack of precision and internal inconsistency; that an error in the wording of a ḥadīth can lead to the rejection of the narration; and that such variations have a direct bearing on the processes of weighing between narrators (tarjīḥ) and reconciling contradictory ḥadīths.
