Abstract: The study aims to present the theoretical framework for blue economy strategies with diagnosing and analysing their implementation in China as a leading model, and focus on the application of aquaculture strategies. It aims to provide a clear and comprehensive overview of the most important blue economy strategies in general and China's implementation of them, with an evaluation of achievements and future potential for sustainable aquaculture in China and identifying the critical success factors and areas for improvement. One of the most important findings after the analysis is that China's implementation of blue economy strategies is based on three pillars: targeted policies such the five-year plans (2021-2025), environmental innovation through green technology and sustainable financing, and global integration through international and regional initiatives such as the Belt and Road Initiative, In addition, China's rapid digital transformation through the use of artificial intelligence technologies to monitor water quality and sensors to predict diseases in fish farms has led to an increase in seafood production
