Abstract
This study delves into the challenges and opportunities in global environmental protection policy governance, a method widely recognized as the most effective for tackling 21st-century environmental issues. Central to this approach is the imperative of international cooperation, as these issues transcend national boundaries. However, this strategy is not without its share of problems that hinder its effectiveness and jeopardize its ability to meet its objectives.
