Energy Security And Its Role In Shaping Algeria’ Public Policy الأمن الطاقوي ودوره في تشكيل السياسة العامة للجزائر

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to analyze the impact of energy security on the public policy of Algeria. Being one of the foremost producers and exporters of oil and natural gas, the need to secure these energy benefits dictates national policies are a necessity. Using several official statistical reports, the study applies a descriptive and analytical approach to address the topic’s various aspects. The country is trying to strengthen its energy policies to fundamentally convert Algeria into an energy power seeking sustainable solutions towards energy security. The energy policies of Algeria reflect the energy strategies undertaken by the state at all political and economic levels. الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر أمن الطاقة على السياسة العامة في الجزائر، وبوصفها واحدة من أبرز الدول المنتجة والمصدرة للنفط والغاز الطبيعي، فإن الحاجة إلى تأمين هذه الموارد الطاقوية تفرض توجيه السياسات الوطنية وفقًا لذلك كضرورة حتمية، ومن خلال الاعتماد على عدد من التقارير الإحصائية الرسمية تعتمد الدراسة منهجا وصفيا وتحليليا لمعالجة مختلف جوانب الموضوع. وتسعى الجزائر إلى دعم سياساتها الطاقوية من أجل تحويل البلاد إلى قوة طاقوية تعتمد حلولًا مستدامة لتحقيق أمن الطاقة. وتعكس السياسات الطاقوية الجزائرية الاستراتيجيات التي تتبناها الدولة في مختلف المستويات السياسية والاقتصادية.
