This study aimed to examine the impact of e-governance implementation on healthcare quality in Setif's multi-service clinics. A purposive sample of 86 staff members from the clinic was selected based on their representation in departments directly interacting with e-governance systems. The research applied a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected through structured questionnaires that measured the dimensions of e-governance (human, technical, administrative, and organizational) as well as the dimensions of healthcare service quality (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy). The data were analyzed using SPSS (v.27). The study highlights the importance of digital tools in improving institutional performance, confirming that e-governance dimensions have a statistically significant impact on Healthcare service quality. The study recommends prioritizing technological development, strengthening administrative practices, and building human capacities, with organizational measures integrated to ensure coherence. Collectively, these strategies can advance effective e-governance and improve healthcare service delivery in public institutions.
