الملخص. تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية مسألة فقهية مهمة تتعلق بالأذان الأول يوم الجمعة وبيان وقته الشرعي، حيث وقعت المخالفة من المؤذنين لما هو مشهور في المذهب المالكي وكذا بقية المذاهب الموافقة؛ من ضرورة أن يكون الأذان الأول بعد دخول الوقت، ونظرا لكون المسألة مما تعم بها البلوى وقد وقع بسببها الاختلاف بين المؤذنين ارتأيت بحثها وبيانها بيانا علميا في ضوء المدونات العلمية المعتمدة حفاظا على وحدة الأمة وجمعا لكلمتها والله الموفق Summary: This research paper addresses an important jurisprudential issue related to the first call to prayer (adhan) on Friday and clarifies its legal time. There has been a deviation by some muezzins from the established practice in the Maliki school of thought, as well as in other corresponding schools, which holds that the first adhan should be made after the prayer time has entered. Given that this issue is of general concern and has caused differences among muezzins, I have decided to examine and clarify it scientifically in light of the recognized scholarly sources, in order to preserve the unity of the Muslim community and consolidate its stance. And Allah is the grantor of success
