الملخص

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحسين أداء الكلية، وحل المشاكل والصعوبات التي تقف أمام جودة وكفاءة نظم المعلومات الإدارية في إدارة المعرفة،، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ملاحظة الباحث على أن معظم الإجراءات داخل كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة بخت الرضا ما زالت تتم ورقيا لذلك تمحورت مشكلة البحث في السؤال الرئيس: ما هو أثر نظم المعلومات الإدارية على إدارة المعرفة بكلية الاقتصاد والعلوم الإدارية وتفرع منه الأسئلة التالية: هل تؤثر نظم المعلومات الإدارية على التعليم، والتعاون، والإبداع التنظيمي، والخبرة الواسعة بكلية الاقتصاد والعلوم الإدارية بجامعة بخت الرضا؟ ، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتاريخي بالإضافة إلى المنهج الاستنباطي، وقد قام الباحث باستخدام الوصف التحليلي لتحليل بيانات الدراسة باستخدام برنامج (SPSS). وأهم نتائج الدراسة يمتلك الموظفون بالكلية الكفاءة والمهارة في استخدام نظم المعلومات، أهم التوصيات هي ضرورة اهتمام الكلية بتوفير الأجهزة المتطورة التي تدعم نظم المعلومات. الكلمات المفتاحية: نظم المعلومات، إدارة المعرفة، التكنولوجيا الحديثة، التقنيات الحديثة. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the impact of management information systems on improving the performance of the college and addressing the problems and difficulties facing the quality and efficiency of management information systems concerning knowledge management. The problem of the study was represented by the researcher’s observation that most of the procedures within the facult of Economics at Bakht al-Ruda University are still performed on paper. Therefore, the research problem centered around the main question: What is the impact of management information systems on knowledge management at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences? Then subdivided questions are: Do management information systems affect education, collaboration, organizational creativity, and the broad experience at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Bakht al-Ruda University? The study conducts a descriptive and historical approach, in addition to an inductive approach. The researcher used the analytical description to analyze the study data using the SPSS. The most important findings of the study indicate that the staff of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Bakht al-Ruda University acquire skills and competence in using management information systems. The main recommendations are: the Faculty should provide the advanced devices that support information systems
