واقع التحول الرقمي في الجزائر

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على واقع التحول الرقمي في الجزائر كأداة لتطوير اقتصادها وتحسين أداءه في ظل غياب تنوع اقتصادها وعدم مرونة جهازها الإنتاجي، وذلك من خلال معرفة مكانتها ضمن بعض المؤشرات الرقمية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه رغم تعدد وتنوع مظاهر التحول الرقمي في الجزائر إلى أنها لازالت تسير ببطء ودون المستوى المطلوب حيث تقع في مستوى أقل من المتوسط العام لمجموعة الدول في كل مؤشر، على غرار بعض الدول التي تحوز مستويات عالية ومراكز متقدمة في مؤشرات الاقتصاد الرقمي كالإمارات والسعودية. The study aimed to identify the reality of digital transformation in Algeria as a tool to develop its economy and improve its performance in light of the lack of diversification of its economy and the inflexibility of its productive apparatus, by knowing its position within some digital indicators. The study found that despite the many and varied aspects of digital transformation in Algeria, it is still moving slowly and below the required level, falling below the overall average of the group of countries in each indicator, similar to some countries that have high levels and advanced positions in the digital economy indicators, such as the UAE and Saudi Arabia
