This paper looks at the pedagogical and theoretical junctions between style and literary instruction. It makes the case for a pedagogical change toward a more language-centered approach from conventional thematic and historical literary study. Stylistics offers a disciplined and analytical framework for involving students with literary works by combining linguistic accuracy with literary interpretation. This method improves students' interpretative skills, raises their linguistic awareness, and increases their whole respect of literature. This study emphasizes the benefits of stylistics in classroom environments -especially for second-language learners- and supports its integration as a useful tool in modern literary education by closely examining basic stylistic principles, major levels of stylistic analysis, and core literary features. In both native and non-native learning environments, it also places stylistics as a potent pedagogical tool that supports active learning, creativity, and metalinguistic insight. The paper supports an educational paradigm in which close, informed reading anchored in language structure and function shapes literary comprehension. Furthermore, incorporating stylistics into literature instruction equips students with the tools to move beyond passive consumption of texts and engage critically with the choices authors make at various linguistic levels. This active engagement fosters an appreciation for the stylistic diversity of literary language and strengthens learners’ capacity to analyze texts independently. By recognizing patterns, deviations, and stylistic effects, students become more attentive readers and more expressive writers. In a broader context, stylistic analysis encourages interdisciplinary thinking, connecting literature with linguistics, cognitive science, and cultural studies. As the demands of globalized education shift toward critical literacy and cross-cultural communication, stylistics provides a dynamic and flexible model for literary instruction that is both academically rigorous and pedagogically inclusive.
