This study aims to explore cyber challenges and their impact on international security in light of rapid technological advancements. It begins by analyzing the nature of cyberattacks, demonstrating how these attacks have emerged as a new and transnational threat, affecting the stability of states and international relations. The study also examines the relationship between technology and international law, highlighting the challenges that technological development poses to current legal frameworks. Additionally, it focuses on the legal protection of international security, discussing the need for an updated international legal framework that keeps pace with the growing cyber threats. The study emphasizes the importance of developing international legislation capable of addressing attacks targeting critical infrastructure, such as energy, communications, and financial sectors. The primary goal of the study is to underscore the need for enhanced international cooperation to develop legal systems capable of protecting global security in the technological age, while stressing the importance of safeguarding critical infrastructure to ensure secure and sustainable economic and social stability.
