مبادئ المرفق العام في ظل الادارة الالكترونية وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي

الملخص
تهدف هاته الدراسة لبحث اثر الادارة الالكترونية وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي المدمجة في العمل الادارى على المبادئ الرئيسة التي تحكم سير المرفق العام بداية من مبدأ سير المرفق العام بانتظام واطراد و مبدأ مرونة المرفق العام وقابليته للتطور وأخيرا مبدأ المساواة أمام المنتفعين. وقد توصلنا الى ايجابية هذا الأثر والتي تظهر من خلال تعزيزه لمبادئ سير المرفق العام فقد تبدو استمرارية المرفق أكثر منطقية من خلال المواقع والبوابات الحكومية والتي هي في مرونة وتطور مستمرين، وتقدم خدماتها للمنتفعين بمساواة أكبر من نظيرتها التقليدية . This study aims to investigate the impact of e-governance and artificial intelligence applications integrated into administrative work on the key principles governing the operation of public services, starting with the principle of regular and consistent operation of public services, the principle of flexibility and scalability, and finally, the principle of equality for beneficiaries. We concluded that this impact is positive, as demonstrated by its reinforcement of the principles of public service operation. The continuity of services may seem more logical through government websites and portals, which are constantly flexible and evolving, and provide their services to beneficiaries with greater equality than their traditional counterparts
