الملخص
تتحقق التنمية والانتعاش من خلال الارتباط وثيق بمدى اهتمام الجامعة بالمجتمع وصلتها به فهي جزء لا يتجزأ من المجتمع ولها الريادة العلمية والقيادة الفكرية لتتخذ دائما دور المبادأة لأنها قائمة على أسس البحث العلمي الموضوعي.مما يستوجب علينا الاستفادة من هذه العلاقة بقصد التقدم والتنمية وإثبات أن الجامعة في المجتمع عموما لها دور حقيقي في تشكيل مكونات التنمية وتستجيب لمتطلبات المجتمع. تظهر مشكلة الدراسة في وجود غموض في علاقة الجامعة بتنمية المجتمع لان المتعارف عليه هو أن الجامعة تقوم بتعليم الطلاب وتخرجهم بشهادات جامعية ليمارسوا وظائف تتناسب مع تخصصاتهم إلا أن قضية العلاقة بين الجامعة وبين المجتمع ومدى مساهمتها في عملية التنمية هي ضعيفة وتعتمد على البعض من المشاريع الصغيرة وهذا ما أثبتته الدراسة الميدانية بالجامعة المسيلة التي اعتمدنا في الكشف عنها و وصفها على المنهج الوصفي و الاستعانة بمصادر جمع المادة العلمية النظرية والميدانية. We must take advantage of this relation with the intention of progress and development and prove that the university in society. the question of the relation between the university and society and the extent of its contribution In the development process, it is weak and depends on a few small projects, and this is what has been proven by the field study at the University of M'sila In them, we relied on the descriptive approach and the use of sources to collect theoretical and field scientific material. Dans ceux-ci, nous nous sommes appuyés sur l'approche descriptive et l'utilisation de sources pour collecter du matériel scientifique théorique et de terrain.
