Abstract
abstract: This research aims to write an introduction to the science of “Maqasid of Sharia”: Purposes of Islamic Jurisprudence, in the manner of the ten principles followed by our ancient scholars, because of its venerable methodology, which gives a comprehensive picture of the science studied. It also seeks to explain the content of these principles, and build them on precise scientific premises, seeking to prove the independence of “the science of Maqasid” in studying and learning about the science of “Fundamentals of Islamic Jurisprudence”, because when these ten principles of an art are fulfilled; this science stands upright, independent of itself. Key words: The Ten Principles; Maqasid of Sharia; Islamic Jurisprudence ملخص: هذا البحث يستهدف تحرير مدخلٍ لعلم المقاصد على طريقة المبادئ العشرة التي سار عليها علماؤنا الأقدمون، لما فيها من منهجية جليلة، تعطي صورةً وافيةً عن العلم المدروس، كما يتغيّا بيان مضمون هذه المبادئ، وبناءَها على مقدّمات علمية دقيقة، متشوّفا بذلك إلى إثبات استقلالية علم المقاصد في الدرس والتحصيل عن علم أصول الفقه، لأنّه متى تمّت هذه المبادئ العشرة لفنّ من الفنون؛ كان قائمًا برأسه، مستقلاًّ بذاته.
