الذكاء الاصطناعي والحكمة الرقمية: التحديات الأخلاقية والوجودية بين الهندسة والفلسفة

الملخص
يسعى هذا البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة بين الذكاء الاصطناعي والفكر الفلسفي، من خلال تحليل تأثير الخوارزميات الذكية في تشكيل الإدراك الإنساني واتخاذ القرار. ويركز على مفهوم الحكمة الرقمية باعتبارها إطارًا أخلاقيًا وتقنيًا يجب أن يوجه تطوير الذكاء الاصطناعي. كما يتناول البحث إشكالية تراجع التفكير النقدي أمام هيمنة الأنظمة الذكية، والحاجة إلى وضع آليات حوكمة رقمية تراعي القيم الإنسانية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الذكاء الاصطناعي، رغم تطوره، لا يزال يفتقر إلى الاستقلال الأخلاقي في اتخاذ القرار، مما يستدعي تدخلًا فلسفيًا وتشريعيًا لضمان الاستخدام المسؤول. كما أكّد البحث ضرورة بناء أطر تنظيمية تحفظ للإنسان دوره كمحور لصنع القرار، من خلال موازنة دقيقة بين الابتكار والمسؤولية الفكرية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الحكمة الرقمية يجب أن تُفهم كعملية تشاركية بين الإنسان والتقنية، لا كبديل للوعي البشري. This study investigates the relationship between artificial intelligence (AI) and philosophical thought by analyzing the impact of intelligent algorithms on human cognition and decision-making. It highlights the concept of digital wisdom as an ethical and technical framework that should guide AI development. The research addresses the decline of critical thinking under the dominance of smart systems and the urgent need to establish digital governance mechanisms that reflect human values. Findings reveal that despite AI’s cognitive advancement, it still lacks ethical autonomy in decision-making, necessitating philosophical and legislative engagement to ensure responsible use. The study emphasizes the importance of building regulatory frameworks that preserve the human role as the center of decision-making through a careful balance between innovation and intellectual responsibility. It concludes that digital wisdom must be understood as a collaborative process between humans and technology not as a substitute for human consciousness.
