رواية مكحول عن عنبسة بن أبي سفيان دراسة تاريخيّة مقارنة

الملخص
يعالج هذا البحث مسألة من مسائل علوم الحديث وهي سماع مكحول الفقيه الشّاميّ وهو من كبار التّابعين من عنبسة بن أبي سفيان، وقد اختلف العلماء في سماع مكحول من عنبسة ولم أقف على من حرّرها ببحث علميٍّ يجمع شتاتها وأدلتها ويُبين الصّواب فيها، فجاء هذا البحث بمباحثه الثّلاثة لبيان هذه المسألة، فتمّ في المبحث الأوَّل: بيان أقوال الأيمَّة الّذين أثبتوا سماع مكحول من عنبسة، ثمّ أردفته بالمبحث الثَّاني: ذكر أقوال الأئمَّة الّذين نفوا سماع مكحول من عنبسة ، وأمَّا المبحث الثَّالث فتطرَّق إلى الأدلة الّتي تقضي بعدم سماع مكحول من عنبسة وبيان الرَّاجح في هذه المسألة. وقد خَلُصَتْ هذه الدِّراسة إلى نتائج أهمُّها صحَّة عدم سماع مكحول من عنبسة، وعليه تكون رواياته عنه منقطعة. Abstract This research deals with one of the issues of ‘Hadith Sciences’, which is the hearing of ‘Makhoul El Fakih El Shami’, who is one of the senior followers of ‘Anbasah bin Abi Sufyan’. The scholars differed about hearing ‘Makhoul’ from ‘Anabasah’, and I did not stop on the one who edited it but I did a scientific research that gathers all fragments and evidence that show what is correct in it. This research comes to clarify this issue with ‘three main topics’, The first topic was: Explanation of the sayings of Imams who confirmed hearing ‘Makhoul’ from’Anbasah’. Followed by the second topic: mentioning the sayings of the imams who denied hearing ‘Makhoul’ from ‘Anbasah’, and as for the third topic: it treats the evidence that proves not hearing ‘Makhoul’ from ‘Anbasah’ and shows the most correct statement in this matter . This study came to some conclusions, the most important one is the validity of not hearing ‘Makhoul’ from ‘Anbasah’. Accordingly, sayings about him are interrupted.
