الوقف المبتكر: الوقف الرياضي أنموذجًا Innovative Endowment: Sports Endowment As An Example-

الملخص
تقوم فكرة هذه الدراسة الموسومة بِـــ" الوقف المبتكر: الوقف الرياضي أنموذجًا" على بيان مفهوم الوقف المبتكر ومشروعيته ومجالاته وأهدافه، ومن ثم ذكر تطبيق من تطبيقاته؛ وهو الوقف الرياضي وبيان مفهومه ومشروعيته ومقوماته وآلية تمويله، وقد اعتمدت في ذلك على المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي. وقد توصلت إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أ. لا يخرج الوقف المبتكر من جملة عقود التبرعات المشروعة؛ بل إن تطور العصر وتقدمه يستلزم استحداث أصول ومصارف وقفية جديدة تخدم المجتمع وتحقق التكافل الاجتماعي. ب. إن الوقف الرياضي مشروع من حيث الأصل؛ إذ إن جميع أركان الوقف متوافرة فيه. ت. يهدف الوقف الرياضي إلى استغلال الحاجة إلى الرياضة في تعزيز الوقف. The idea of this study, entitled “The Innovative Endowment: The Sports Endowment as an example ,” is based on explaining the concept of the innovative endowment, its legitimacy, fields and objectives, and then mentioning one of its applications. It is the sports endowment and an explanation of its concept, legitimacy, components, and the financial methods. I have followed the Inductive approach and analytical approach. The search results are: a. The innovative endowment is one of the legitimate donation contracts. Rather, the development of our era requires the creation of new endowment assets and new Entities that benefit from the endowment, and that serve society and achieve social solidarity. B. The sports endowment is legitimate in principle. Because all the pillars of endowment are present in it. c. The Sports Endowment aims to exploit the need for sports to strengthen the endowment.
