The success of an export initiative depends on a company’s ability to overcome regulatory, logistical, and financial constraints. Through a case study of the Algerian company RAYANOX, this article analyzes the concrete steps involved in an industrial gas export operation. Based on a qualitative approach (interviews, direct observation, and document analysis), the research highlights operational practices, encountered challenges, and discrepancies between regulatory frameworks and real-world practices. Recommendations are proposed to enhance the export performance of Algerian firms.
